If a hot ticket item is no longer available or oversold, or the accessories purchased are not compatible with main item.

  • This should work directly on the Order, not creating a replacement Order
  • change qty of Item
  • remove Item
  • add Item
  • have full totals recalculated
  • Logging all changes done this way as comments on the order
  • create ACL rules as needed (at least one)
  • make sure it respects all other ACL rules related to Order View and Interaction
  • Have an automated fullstack test for all involved ACL cases and Actions
