This is related/follow up to #4 as changes in order items, will change the Totals, which needs to be paid.
This will need the Payment to be reauthorized with the Payment Provider.

There was used auth.net CIM previously, but detailed requirements for which payment methods this will be required still needs to be determined.
Also no clear Workflow was yet given.
