This PR adds collapsible elements to OCL's docusaurus instance.
The goal is to fold repetitive/optional text to avoid wasting readers's attention on elements that are not essential, like prerequisites or optional comments.
It adds Font Awesome icons to Docusaurus and the react-collapsible package.
Note: the vercel deployment differs from the local render. The issue is under investigation.
