Qt Creator 3.1.3 SLE

Update: This commit, due to some weirdness I experienced with adding in Qt kits, have deprecated this release. It might work for you, but is pre-release code.

Is compiled on Qt 5.3.2 SLE with sqlite support. Compiling with psql support requires libraries and includes to be on the host machine and therefore will require an installer to bundle both qt5 sle and qt-creator-sle together.
