Kotte is a simple discord bot easily configured by the user via the json files. It's developed with Kotlin and utilizes certain Java-frameworks, such as
- JDA
- Jackson JSON
Works on all platforms that has Java, Kotlin and Gradle support. Tested on
- Kubuntu 19.04
- Manjaro 20.0.3
- Java 11
- Gradle 6.4.1
Building is easy on linux, just as running
gradle build # Invokes gradle-build
gradle run # Invokes gradle-runTo run the bot, edit the "configurations.json" file and enter valid paths, etc.. Edit the resource/ServerConfig.json and resource/BotConfig.json.
