NR Metric Framework Version 6

This is the sixth release of the NR Metric Framework. The updates since version 2 include:

• NR Metric Sawatch Version 4
• New function for running NR metric Sawatch in standalone mode, on a list of files
• New function for comparing an NR metric to the residuals of a linear model built from other NR metrics
• New functions for visualizing and analyzing NR metric performance
• Some variable and field names changed to improve clarity and readability
• Support for new datasets, including KonIQ-10K, KoNViD-1K, MUI2018, YoukuV1K, and COCRID
• Tools and tutorials for machine learning
• Analyses of more NR metrics from other organizations
• Bug fixes
