Purpose

Refactor the inflow angle input to be more consistent with meteorological convention. All angles in the input files are not assumed to be in degrees (including yaw). An inflow angle of 0 degrees corresponds to wind blowing from from the north to the south, and increasing inflow angle corresponds to a clockwise rotation.
