Pull Request Description

Addresses #1029. For a CFIS system with a supplemental fan, allows describing a scenario where, in addition to its normal operation, the supplemental fan will also run simultaneously with the air handler fan when outdoor air is being brought in. This is typically used with a supplemental exhaust fan to provide "balanced" (supply + exhaust) airflow.
