Describe the bug
Our initial work made use of a concept that is not actually in Biolink, SequenceFeature. We need to replace use of this concept with a valid, relevant concept. See the conversation in biolink/biolink-model#706 for details. We will use biolink:GenomicEntity primarily, but will selectively use other concepts as noted by @mikebada.
