Location search bug

When searching a location in the app the view changes but after 2 searches the cursor/buffer does not show up as expected until the user does a second click.

The issue still occurs, more details added to the description of the issue.

i tested for a while, didn't see the behavior anymore, and then all of the sudden it started again :man-shrugging::skin-tone-4: . Others were trying it as well. I can't imagine it's dependent on the number of users? (edited)

it just took me 4 location searches to recreate it

this was after a hard refresh
