This reverts commits: - c8f8d1c fix to the fix - c937f7b fix in relocation optimization - 009e58a attempt: relocation speedup The skip optimization caused the GC watermark to advance past entries that hadn't been relocated, resulting in data loss when WAL files were deleted. Multiple fix attempts failed to address the fundamental design flaw in how skipped cells interact with GC watermark calculation.
