About The Pull Request

Reopening of #10539 - PR body is copied from here with new additions below.

CREDITS:

exclaim and realize respriting by LaikoDaemon.
All modified sprites were inspired by carpotoxin's work.

Why It's Good For The Game

This is sort of a continuation of @Absolucy's #4988 and ports the 3 remaining emotes from Skyrat-SS13/Skyrat-tg#6259 that weren't brought over in their PR.

Also removes *sweatdrop's message, since it's already expressed by a visible animated icon (and also to maintain consistency between the other emotes). And... I-I'll admit it... it... i-it waSN'T PUNCTUATED!!!!

Other Changes

I added a new flag to let you know when an emote has a visual attached to it.

I also fixed the animation playing more than once, now it works like every other emote in the game.
