About The Pull Request
Intro to the default announcer is back to the same voicelines as before, so it's consistent with the voice of every other announcement. These are all used in Duke announcer too so they are not lost.
Lowers the weight of Duke & Dagoth by half, I think they have gotten boringly repetitive now and every other announcer has a weight of 1.
Announcers also have its own channel now if you wish to mute it without muting stuff like captain's announcements or AI vox.
Why It's Good For The Game
It's gotten boring & repetitive, and I would also like to mute it without also crippling my ability to hear the fun and important sounds in the game.
This has genuinely been annoying me since like day 1, I unfortunately have a tendency to not think of changing the features I dislike the most.
