Convert PASS1B-06 graphical clustering report html files to native React components

Convert PASS1B-06 graphical clustering report html files to native React components for both of the landscape and mitochondria papers, each including 17 tissues.

This conversion addresses the following:

• No longer need to render the html pages via iframe
• Report content loading performance
• Report content more responsive to viewport sizes

Per Matt's suggestions, the embedded interactive pathway enrichment graphs are to be removed from the reports.

Per David's suggestions, the embedded code blocks are to be removed from the reports.
