This handles both the case where the test-runner is invoked via "nvim -l" and when it is invoked via busted through a .busted config file.
This requires more thought in order to work correctly in all cases.

For some reason, installing the version from luarocks.org refuses to copy the
test-runner.luafile inscripts/.
