how to predict by using finetunned model? #2667

i did fine-tunning by using this command "nnUNetv2_train PRETRAINING_DATASET CONFIG all -p PRETRAINING_PLANS_IDENTIFIER"

and that screenshot show the model which is trained by fine-tuning

so if i want to predict by that finetunned model

how do i run command

please give me some example
