What was the problem?

This PR resolves #1892

How was it solved?

  • Add error handling for block cache updates
  • Update eslintrc to bypass no-await-in-loop checks
  • Remove all explicit no-await-in-loop directives
  • Upgrade Lisk SDK dependencies to v6.0.0-rc.4

How was it tested?

  • make build
  • make build-local
