This PR completes the Hypercore stream trigger integration. Hypercore is the append‑only data feed we want to react to, and Hyperswarm is the peer‑discovery layer that finds and connects to peers hosting that feed. With this change, WAVS can join a Hypercore feed by its key, replicate new entries over the swarm, and fire workflows when new data is appended.
