While trying to setup a local install, I noticed that
skycatalogs_creatorwasn't being made available to Python. I addedskycatalogs_creator/__init__.pyto address this, and I also removed one line from the CI workflow that should no longer be needed (though it would be good to verify that the test still runs ok)
