Added 3 user scripts for CSS editing: https://github.com/bigbigmdm/KOMODO-CSS-PERSENT-CODER 1. Converter SVG XML to persentage code for using in the CSS background url. 2. Back operations for showing SVG XML code in the CSS background url. 3. Converter Jpeg/Png images into BASE64 code for using in theCSS background url.
