It did not need to be there and was needlessly adding Clang.jl to the installation. With that removed this works on Julia v1.11.
Removes all the C stuff (CEnum is used) and Plots from the package. Those can be used either via stacked envs or via activating `examples/` which will contain all the plotting libraries etc.
