There are some limitations:
FSharpAttributesUtil, theelementFactory.CreateEmptyAttributeListonly works for implementation files.implMember.GetDeclarations()intryFindBindingPairFromTopReferencePatdoes not contain the signature declaration. I need to look for it via the parent.disableFormatterdid not work for me. It always inserted an additional newline between theattributeListand the val node.
