feat: EXPOSED-654 Allow customizing the check constraint names of columns with check constraints

Description

Detailed description:

• Why: Because the length limit of identifiers is being reached sometimes with the CHECK constraint name that Exposed generates, so it is useful for users sometimes to be in control of the name.
• How: Added a nullable String parameter checkConstraintName to column functions that create a CHECK constraint.
