How to set up Route53

1. Purchase domain name
2. Create Hosted Zone in Route 53
3. Look at the NS record in the hosted zone. It has a list of name servers
   1. Have the domain provider set the name servers to be the same as those in the NS record
   2. This can take up to 24 hours, but may be more like 30 minutes
4. Request a certificate in certificate manager
   1. The certificate will not be issued until the domain provider has updated the NS records
5. After the Certificate is issued, create a CNAME record in the Route53 zone
   1. Toggling the twisty in the domain will show the values and the "Create Record in Route53" button
