Library Management System for CICTE - Western Leyte College This project is a Library Management System designed specifically for the College of Information Communication Technology and Engineering (CICTE) at Western Leyte College. It allows administrators, librarians, and students to efficiently manage library resources, track book borrowing, monitor attendance, and more.
Features Admin and Librarian Management Admin Access: Admins are responsible for system maintenance, including the ability to add, edit, and remove librarian accounts. Librarian Access: Librarians handle day-to-day operations like book management, borrowing requests, and tracking user activity.

Student ID Check-In: Students scan their IDs when entering the library, and the system logs their attendance for future reporting. Reports and Notifications
Generate Reports: Librarians can generate reports on overdue books, borrow history, and user attendance. Automated Notifications: Borrowers are notified automatically when their borrowed books are overdue or need to be returned.
