Better-Together

A Full-Stack application that connects the retired members of the community in order to encourage them to do activities together. Members can create an account with basic information about themselves along with social media accounts in order to find others with similar interests who also live nearby.

• Developed the back-end RESTful API of the project using NodeJS, Express, and MongoDB
• Built the front-end using React and Redux

Running

1. To download back-end requirements run npm install
2. To download front-end requirements run cd react_app and then npm install
3. To run the project navigate back to root of project and run npm run Better-Together
