Added info about the cli tool.
Replace all instances of ifconfig.me with ifconfig.io
Use https in default services, remove those that do not support it. Add npm version badge.
Throw an error when configuration is invalid instead of exiting
Also added npm-shrinkwrap.json and bumped version to 2.1.0 due to minor API change.
