Changes:

  • Added 1.21.1 support
  • Added 1.21.3 support
  • Dropped 1.17 support
  • Removed PaperLib and replaced it with native paper methods.
  • Removed adventure bukkit platform and minimessage. Replaced it with native paper methods.
  • Bumped gradle to 8.12
  • Bumped shadow to 8.3.5
  • Set api-version to 1.18 in plugin.yml
  • A few minor code improvements.
