This PR should resolve issue #16 by removing initially introduced hypermedia container.
Now it is removed and client response mimics standard JS Response extended with hypermedia control accessors. This also adjusts the client to meet the approach introduced in Heracles.net
It also fixes some issues and discrepancies within JSON-LD serializations in tests.
This change is
