UK-OMOP

A directory of OMOP CDM data sets in the UK.

The aim of this page is to create a table of OMOP projects and data sets in the UK. This table will be displayed in the UK Health Data Research Alliance web pages. The aim is to signpost OMOP resources in the UK, rather than to replace sites such as the EHDEN Portal and the HDR Innovation Gateway. The data was collected as part of a survey of OMOP activity in the UK (preliminary results: report and poster ). It will also be published on Zenodo. The intention is that by making this accessible on GitHub that organisations can amend their own data, if desired.

This repository includes the following files:

• Source CSV file Exported from original Excel spreadsheet - not for display or editing
• Processed CSV file Alternative file format for the table. Processed, for example filled forward on organisation names.
• JSON file Converted from CSV file
• Jupyter Notebook to convert CSV file to JSON format

This JSON file is linked to from the page Directory of UK OMOP Data Sets. The JSON file should be edited to make any necessary changes to the table. This is currently pre-release; releases will be linked to Zenodo and each will have their own DOI.
