Rebranding

I'm sure there is a lot of material that references 'Gentoo' .. whilst this may be a mammoth issues, I feel we should make some effort to rebrand to Galapagos where possible and permissible.

A GLEP has been accepted into Gentoo to facilitate this; a reference implementation is being created.

Once this is completed, rebranding will be simple.
