Rebrand app-office/libreoffice

This is more of a child issue of #10 - but there are art assets to rebrand as well.

For now we can just remove the Branding USE flag from this one, and I'm pretty sure it'll revert. The assets for branding libreoffice are in a separate tar hosted by dilfridge.

It's quite possible other packages could be similarly tweaked until we have the time/effort to create new artwork.

Looks like a lot of the branding for things is separate, so we could for the short term remove the branding from anything where its use flag is enabled by default
