BLUF: Please update the CDO Council Members page (https://www.cdo.gov/council-members/) to reflect 4 changes to member cards and 2 updates to the ex-officio cards at the bottom of the page.

Please make the following updates to the CDO Council Members page (https://www.cdo.gov/council-members/):

1. Please update the U.S. Agency for International Development member card to remove "Brandon Pustejovsky, Chief Data Officer" and replace with "Vacant"
2. Please update the Department of State member card to remove "Matthew Graviss, Chief Data Officer" and replace with "Vacant"
3. Please update the U.S. Access Board member card to remove "Dru Gordon, Chief Data Officer" and replace with "Mannan Dasti, Acting Chief Data Officer"
4. Please update the Social Security Administration member card to remove "Vacant" and replace with "Chuck Borges, Chief Data Officer"
5. Under the "EX-officio Members" member card section, please update the Department of Agriculture card to say "Vacant" and remove "Hubert Hamer" and replace with "Vacant"
6. Under the "EX-officio Members" member card section, please replace the logo on the card with the CIO Council with the attached image
