Description
Limit the max power draw of the chassis
Goal is to stay under the power limit defined by the ref system.
We are limited to a max wattage that changes as we level up.
So we need to not go over the changing limit.
The priority is always translation (forward and side to side) so if we are beyblading and we want to go fast forward,
the rotational speed should slow down.
Look at other teams that use taproot as a guide.
