boost::asio::io_service became boost::asio::io_context boost::posix_time::milliseconds requires long
change RevisedPublishingInterval under the SubscriptionData struct from double to long so that it compiles under boot > 1.67

Another fix to compile with boost > 1.67
Make RevisedPublishingInterval long to begin with instead of casting it to long when used in the timer function.
