will make it compatible with people updating. Also some out cleanup for Servercfg
Change UPNP to False by default. Updated and edited information about options
Bringing Arma3Profile.cs and ServerCfg.cs to follow a similar style
cause double int don't make sense. I fixed it all by my self :p
