minor nitpick i noticed while browsing through the gmod spawnmenu; ajar doors and windows technically could count for the chems mission. this PR fixes that, hopefully.

Fixed mission ready to turn in function always returning false
"ajar" props no longer count as chemicals (idea from Foohy#202, basically their fix)
