MEmu does not fully support audio stream re-routing

Summary

Just installed Windows 10 on a brand new pc and with it eartrumpet from microsoft store.
When I change the output device for a specific program, I have to change the default output device between my speakers (secondary) and headset (main) for the change to take effect...
And if I restart the program I have to do it again.

Steps to reproduce

1. right click a program to change output device

2. Chose the desired output device for that program(This case to " Realtek USB Audio"
   

3. does not disappear from "logitech" field and sound still on headset
   

4. using Eartrumpet "Windows legacy and Playback devices" to change the "Default device" back and forth once
   
   

5. and the sound finally changes completely

I'll take a look but I'm guessing MEmu uses MMDeviceAPI or WASAPI directly. So when we try to re-route the audio stream, things don't go as planned. (https://learn.microsoft.com/windows/win32/coreaudio/stream-routing).
