This DevRoom is a celebration of Open Source Data Analytics projects of all types and sizes. We invite project
contributors to present their features, architecture, design, real-world use cases, and integrations. We also encourage
end users to share how open-source data analytics projects are helping them solve their everyday challenges.

The purpose of this devroom is to discuss developing databases that are designed to take advantage of the cloud native architecture to meet the demands of modern applications.
Over the past decade, there have been many open source communities that developed distributed SQL databases to provide scalability, cost efficiency and manageability in the cloud. Instead of focusing on a single technology or community, our goal is to bring open source database communities and developers together to share their experience, learn from their work, and foster collaboration on challenges ahead. |

The former FOSS Educational Programming Languages Devroom has been renamed to Educational Devroom. While previous years primarily focused on programming languages, we would like to broaden the scope of this devroom to include open source learning tools and concepts in education.
We welcome presentations discussing topics such as programming languages and environments, coding competitions, educational foundations, learning materials, learning management systems, and more. It is important to remember that free software is both a movement and an idea. These ideas can be expressed by creating and contributing to open-source software, as well as how you choose to educate people about technology.

<p>The "Funding the FOSS Ecosystem" devroom wants to bring together developers, maintainers, policymakers, entrepreneurs, donors and funders to explore various getting paid models and mechanisms that ensure the longevity and security of FOSS projects.</p>
<p>The goal of this devroom is for developers gain insights into funding strategies, their feasibility, and communication with end-users, while funders and broader entities like companies, governments, civil society and inter-governmental organisations are encouraged to better understand and support developer needs in FOSS projects.</p> |
