rename macro FIXSTRS_BUILD to COMPACT_MODEL add new macro UTILS_BUILD for host(native) build DOS build is not changed toolchain configuration should be control by UTILS_BUILD macro to switch between host(native) and cross compilation 16-bit DOS memory model is control by COMPACT_MODEL macro
