Release of minor version of HKMP.
It's been a while since there's been a new version of HKMP. And unfortunately, there aren't any major changes this time around either.
New features since previous release:
- The client-side API allows you to subscribe to changes in the time scale (thanks @dplochcoder!)
- Multiple addons from the same assembly can be loaded both on the client and server-side
Bugfixes since previous release:
- Username length is enforced on the server-side (thanks @ArloStyles)
