Add consortium members and author list

On `consortium.md` the research groups and data/IT are missing.

It would be also neat to have a text-only version of the whole consortium author list at http://tu-pro.ch/consortium/authors/ which could be referred to. Maybe this list would require also affiliations (but then we need two version of the list).
