This PR prepares the "processing federation" functionality, which allows users to run processes in a configured cloud.
The UI is in a state that can be used for demonstration purposes; it is not ready for merging yet since the authentication POST request is done from the frontend with the username & password, causing (apart from other troubles) CORS issues.
Also, the input form generated for the processing parameters is very generic, as the processes don't have any specific information about types of input (yet).
