I've seen message that repository will not accept PRs until maintainer found, so that's other question I'd like to raise. I'm willing to take that responsibility. Any way that could be discussed?

Concerning PR itself.
Buck dependencies were removed, previous web server references were removed with EmbedIO web server. Added missing HTML files from main Selenium repo.

@SIkebe Several people have indicated an initial interest in taking over management of this repository. However, I believe it to be irresponsible to turn over ownership to someone who does not have a presence in the larger Selenium community. The first step in establishing that presence is to join the Selenium IRC channel (which is also mirrored on Slack, so Slack users can participate in channel conversations too). Thus far, no one has taken that additional next step, or if they have, they have not indicated to me that they had done so. In fact, I’ve had at least one person become downright hostile at the suggestion that a community presence would be a Good Thing™. Until and unless someone who at least pretends to care about the Selenium community at large volunteers for ownership, this repo will be continuing to look for a new owner.
