Updated exiled refs in case something breaks, also please remove the existing ShowReportsInGame.dll, The plugin has been renamed to ShowReportsInGameExiled.dll. I would make a backup of the config just in case but the plugin prefix is the same

• Removed SelfReport stuff (code and configs) as it no longer works
• Added EnableHints, EnableAdminChat, ReportAdminChatMsg configs, Changed old config names again (sorry)
• Added AdminChat broadcast feature for reports
