Enables System Tests for APIGW Inferred Spans for Golang

Motivation

APIGW Inferred Spans were implemented in Golang and tests needed to be updated

Changes

Enabled APIGW tests on the go tracer after v1.72.0
Tested feature by implementing endpoint on http servers (chi, echo, gin, net/http, and orchestrion)

Workflow
