Bug fixes

• Ogg- and Flac files were flagged as "constant bit rate", even if the bit rate is variable in almost every case. There is still no real detection whether the bit rate is actually varible, but the default value makes more sense now.
• In M4a files, the "tmpo" atom intended for this purpose was not used for the BPM field.
