Contao-CalendarEditor 4.0

First (hopefully) stable release for the reworked Frontend-Editor for Events in Contao 4.4.

Quite some significant parts of the code have been rewritten to improve performance and maintainability, and to reduce the amount of database operations. But it should work now. :)
