MiniRun4.5_1E19_RHC

A precursor to MiniRun5, MR4.5 uses the same edep-sim files (including the updated geometry) as MR5, but an older version of larnd-sim (essentially the version used for MR4). MR4.5 mainly serves as a testbed for the integration of the entire chain, including Minerva, reco, and CAF making. We are providing multiple iterations of the CAFs for debugging and analysis development. As of beta3, we are able to produce ~940 files out of the 1000-file dataset.
