This upgrades the kubernetes-dashboard application to the latest version.

One of the changes here is that the application now always requires a login to view anything. This is an upstream change than cannot be worked around.

The print-creds.sh script provides the snippet needed to extract a read-only JWT token from kubernetes.

The lack of a public view-only mode is very unfortunate. Where is the print-creds.sh script?

https://github.com/DUNE-DAQ/daq-kube/blob/develop/print-creds.sh is the top level script, there is a dashboard specific one at https://github.com/DUNE-DAQ/daq-kube/tree/develop/applications/kubernetes-dashboard/kubernetes-dashboard (it is called access-creds.sh for recursion reasons)
